Complexo Residencial de Santiago

The organizers have reserved about 80 single rooms in the student residence Complexo Residencial de Santiago for a price of 18,70 euros / night (subjected to annual actualization). Those are situated at 5m walking distance from the conference venue.

Payment of these rooms can be done together with the registration fee. Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee rooms without payment. 

You should contact the organizers by email to check the availability and to make your reservation. The deadline for reservation and payment for these rooms is March 31, 2019, subject to availability. In consequence, participants are strongly advice to make an early reservation and payment as the number of these rooms is limited.

Aveiro presents a wide variety of Hotels in the vicinity of the University which cover a wide range of prices, plus several Pensions and Youth Hostels. In addition, there are rooms in Student Residences available.

Please, keep in mind that Aveiro is experiencing a large increase in tourism lately. Early reservation of accommodation is advised.
